If you are a student, faculty member or IA who has a question, it's best to email tritontesting@ucsd.edu so we can direct you to the appropriate staff member. 

Need immediate help?

You are welcome to visit the Virtual Front Desk (VFD). To enter our Virtual Desk, you must be signed into your UCSD Zoom account to enable you as an "authenticated" user.

Things to remember:

  • If you encounter any difficulties while accessing the Virtual Front Desk, please email tritontesting@ucsd.edu as soon as possible to explain your situation and we will do our best to help you resolve them.
  • Be prepared with your UCSD ID card to verify your identity, and make sure that you have enabled both your audio and video settings. If you do not have a working webcam on your computer, you can also download Zoom on a smartphone or any other mobile device with a camera.
