Registering and Uploading Tests

ATTENTION: Students must use our Register Blast system to schedule a time to take a test with us. We are unable to administer tests on a walk-in basis. Please direct your students to our website to schedule a time to take a test.

If you have not already, you will need to create an account with us to register and upload tests.

In order to register your testing date(s) and upload your test file(s), we ask that you follow the steps outlined below.

Our introduction video

If this is the first time you will be using Register Blast, we ask that you set aside some time to watch our introduction to the Professor Portal. In this video, we will explain the features of the portal, how to register and upload test, and other important information to know when using our services.

Registering your tests

To be completed by the end of Week 2 or no later than 5 days before the test date:

  1. Log in to Register Blast.
  2. Click the white plus in blue circle icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Follow the instructions on the page and answer the questions with as much detail as possible.
  4. Please note that, while you are welcome to do so, you are not required to upload a test file at this point.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page. This will prompt our staff to review your submission and approve it within one business day.

Uploading your test file

To be completed no later than one business day before the test date:

  1. Log in to Register Blast.
  2. Click on the name of the test for which you would like to upload a file.
  3. Scroll down to the Test File Upload section and upload your test file. We are able to accept .PDF, .DOC, or .DOCX file types.
  4. Verify that the testing instructions you originally provided, including any aids that will be permitted, are correct. If not, please update that information.
  5. You will need to select the checkbox under your contact information to acknowledge the electronic upload of any test files.
  6. Continue to the bottom of the page and click Submit.

What happens after I have uploaded my test file?

Your test file will remain in our secure Register Blast system until the day before your testing window is set to open. At that time, our career staff will print copies of the test for every student scheduled to take the test in the TTC. Printed test copies will be put into individual envelopes and remain securely locked away in our office until your student’s testing time.
